Currently, the File:Icon-UK.png UK holds a Weapon bonus of 100%, Food bonus of 80% and a House bonus of 60% in it's Core Regions, as well as an additional 20% Food bonus from the Sorlandet region which is currently being rented from Norway.

The UK has been part of many military alliances. Currently, the File:Icon-UK.png UK is in the Banana Alliance, which it founded on day 2621, with File:Icon-Cyprus.png Cyprus.

Politics

In its natural state the File:Icon-UK.png UK elects 40 congress members per month to serve in the congressional body and like many nations its Country President is seen as the focal point of that nation for all political activity and Foreign contacts.

Country President

The Country President of the File:Icon-UK.png UK is the head of the Government. He or she appoints and manages the Ministers who perform the day-to-day administration of the country.

The current Country President is Adastros of UKRP who is serving his first term in office.

Aside from a small interlude of 3 months from the December 2011 to March 2012 when the File:Icon-UK.png UK was under occupation, the File:Icon-UK.png UK congress has normally consisted of 40 elected members.

As well as voting on in game proposals, the File:Icon-UK.png UK Parliament discusses sensitive issues and votes on proposals using either forum or in-game messaging systems.

Currently, the Military is made up of any File:Icon-UK.png UK, privately funded and commanded MU's.

There is a an official government owned Military Unit controlled by the Ministry of Defence, which is used to set national Combat Orders. The Military Unit is named the Ministry of Defence.

Communication

The UK community offers a variety of forums and IRC channels for File:Icon-UK.png UK users. The Kumnaa founded File:Icon-UK.png UK forum historically housed the executive and congressional branches of the government but has lately fallen into disuse.

The Rizon IRC network has channels for all Political parties, Military Units and other miscellaneous channels including the most widely used national channel #euk.
